Certifications & Licensing

ASHI Certified Inspector

The American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. (ASHI) is considered to be one of the most respected Home Inspector Associations that a Licensed Inspector can join; it’s also the oldest association in the industry. ASHI is the only Home Inspector Association that is recognized as a certifying body by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

What Is A Home Warranty?

A home warranty is a contract that provides protection for major home appliances such as HVAC systems, refrigerators, and washer and dryers that break down over time or can have expensive unexpected costs. Home warranty plans help cover the costs of repairs or replacement of covered appliances.
