If we miss a detail during inspection that we should have discovered under the InterNACHI® Home Inspection Standards of Practice we adhere to, then we’ll buy back the home at the full purchase price under the InterNACHI® Buy Back Guarantee Program.

AcuSystem Home Inspections guarantees all inspections conducted for homes listed by a licensed real estate agent for 90-days under this program. We don’t allow for any excuses when it comes to granting you a complete picture of the property’s condition.
This program excludes homes not listed by a licensed real estate agent, homes with material defects that were not present at the time of the inspection and/or that are not required to be inspected per the InterNACHI® Residential Standards Of Practice.
