Inspector Ozzy Kavruk arrived early, greeted me, gave me the inspection plan and got right to work on the outside of the home taking pictures as he went over all roof segments and the house in general, from all views. Got up on the roof as well and also checked the main water shutoff. Ozzy was cordial and professional as he did the interior inspection. He did not mind me watching him and answered questions as he went about his work. Ozzy was thorough in his inspections of the water heater, HVAC system, including heat and ac temperature difference to room temp, all plumbing fixtures including faucets, tub and sink drains, toilets, and under cabinet pipes and shutoffs. His inspection of the electrical panel included a removal of the face cover and inspection of wiring and connections. He completed the inspection by searching the ceilings and walls for cracks and leaks as well as inspecting the attic cavity. Washer and dryer connections were also checked. I was very impressed with the speed at which he worked as well. He completed his inspection in about an hour, spoke about the completed inspection, took care of bill payment, asked if I had any questions and issued his report that evening.
